What is the cost associated with the plan?
Please note that the cost may change on a yearly basis, ensuring that we continue to offer the best value for our members.
Our current Adult Complete membership plan is priced at $306 per year for patients 13 years and older.
Membership for children, ages 3-12 years, is $246 per year.
Membership for our Adult Periodontal Plan is $437.
What does your membership plan include?
All plans cover routine x-rays, two examinations, two cleanings, two oral cancer screenings, and one emergency exam. The Periodontal plan includes a 3rd cleaning, while the children’s plan includes a fluoride treatment.
In addition to those items, member benefits include a 20% discount on all treatment plans.
Does the membership plan auto-renew?
No, our membership plan operates on a yearly subscription basis. This ensures that you have the flexibility to reassess your dental care needs and renew your membership every year from the date you originally enrolled. You may enroll at any time during the year.
